The state's RSA wage report arrived — after its own deadline

The final SB 371 form went out September 1 — file this week, and don't confuse it with the Sept 30 cost survey

If you run a Maryland RSA billing CFC, CO, or CPAS, the official SB 371 Annual Report form finally went out September 1 — the statutory deadline itself. Nobody could have filed on time, but don't sit on it.

What it asks: PCA headcounts, hours (with a by-county breakdown), gross compensation, lowest/highest/average wage rates, benefits, and your training/PPE/travel costs for July 2025–June 2026.

  • Pull one payroll report + one LTSSMaryland billing report and most of the form fills itself
  • Build the by-county hours chart first — it's the only file upload
  • Don't confuse it with the HCBS Cost Survey due September 30 — you owe both

This data feeds the rate review aimed at getting PCA wages to 150% of minimum wage. Accurate numbers are how the real cost of hourly care reaches the people who set your rates.
